“Scientology to me is being able to improve conditions in one’s own life so they’re in a better position to help others around them,” says Christian. “One of my favorite books in Scientology is The Technology of Study booklet. It clearly lays out the various barriers one has in learning. And so once one wraps their head around those concepts, it’s far easier to pick up new materials and learn new things. My undergrad degrees wouldn’t have all been possible without knowing the barriers to study that L. Ron Hubbard researched.”
