In recognition of Human Rights Day, Scientology Network will present a special marathon on December 10, showcasing the work of individuals and organizations working with United for Human Rights to secure freedom for all.
While celebrating the progress made in human rights, this programming also underscores the urgent need for continued awareness and education. The need to protect human rights has never been more critical.
United for Human Rights, a global nonprofit organization, is dedicated to implementing the Universal Declaration of Human Rights at local, national and international levels. Its mission includes providing educators and government institutions with essential resources to promote knowledge about human rights.
The International Human Rights Day Marathon will educate viewers on the history of human rights, as well as the present-day campaigns being championed across the globe to make human rights a reality.
